Meet Taylor Sciarro

For Taylor Sciarro, home has always meant more than four walls. It’s where memories are made, families grow, and some of life’s most meaningful moments take place. That belief is at the heart of her approach to real estate and her passion for helping clients find a place they are proud to call home.

Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, Taylor has a genuine appreciation for the communities, neighborhoods, and local businesses that make Western Pennsylvania such a special place to live. Her local roots, combined with a strong professional background in sales and client relations, allow her to bring both personal insight and a service-driven approach to every client relationship.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Taylor spent more than seven years in sales and client relations, including four and a half years as a Senior Account Manager with Estée Lauder’s headquarters in New York City. Her experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment strengthened her communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills while reinforcing the importance of delivering an exceptional client experience.

Taylor earned her degree in Marketing with a minor in Communications from West Virginia University’s School of Business. Her education provides a strong foundation in strategic marketing, communication, negotiation, and understanding how to effectively position and present a product — skills she now applies to helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate the real estate market.

Known for her strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, Taylor believes that the smallest details can often make the biggest difference. She is committed to giving every client 110%, staying responsive and accessible throughout the process, and ensuring that her clients' needs are heard, understood, and represented from beginning to end.

Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, helping someone search for their forever home, or preparing a property for sale, Taylor’s goal is to make the experience as seamless, exciting, and stress-free as possible. Outside of real estate, Taylor enjoys gardening during the summer, skiing in the winter, and spending time with family and friends.

Her faith also plays an important role in the way she approaches life, relationships, and her work. Inspired by Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” Taylor carries that faith, dedication, and positive outlook into every relationship and transaction.
