Anthony LaRocca, licensed in 2018, has a unique background that has shaped his journey in real estate. Growing up surrounded by family and friends who were business owners and entrepreneurs, he gained invaluable real-life business experience and mentorship. Anthony’s early exposure to real estate through his relatives, who owned properties, sparked a passion within him at a young age. Originally obtaining his license to represent himself and grow his investment property portfolio, he quickly realized his love for the intricacies of contracts and negotiations. This realization led him to pursue a full-time career in real estate and share his expertise with others, culminating in the formation of his real estate team.

 

Anthony’s defining moment came through seizing opportunities and taking calculated risks to achieve his goals. Through sacrifice, hard work, and determination, he has reached a position where he can give back to his community and support his mother, who raised him as a single parent and taught him the importance of family, hard work, and perseverance. “She worked multiple jobs to provide for us and never once let us struggle,” he beams. “Her unwavering support and strength have inspired me to become the person I am today, and to pursue my goals and dreams with the same determination and resilience.”

 

 

For Anthony, the most fulfilling aspect of his job is helping clients reach their goals and achieve what they may have thought was unachievable. Every deal is unique, and he thrives on navigating the complexities of each transaction. Additionally, mentoring and guiding his team members bring him immense satisfaction. By sharing his knowledge and providing mentorship, he ensures that every member of his team delivers exceptional service and expertise to their clients. His goals include building his real estate team, expanding his investment property portfolio, and creating a dream home to raise a family with his fiancé, Rachel.

 

 

Rachel Navarro, who joined Anthony in business in 2020 after graduating from Carlow University with a degree in Communication and Media, has always had a passion for real estate. Witnessing the success of a realtor hired by her family during the sale of their childhood home, Rachel aspired to be a well-known and successful woman in her own real estate career. After obtaining her license and fully immersing herself in the real estate world, Rachel realized both the emotional and rewarding nature of helping clients achieve their goals, even in the face of challenges. “Business might feel slow for a few months and then all of a sudden, it’s more business than you could’ve ever imagined yourself having,” she explains. Despite the occasional discouragement that comes with being a newer agent, Rachel remains proud of the business she has grown and is grateful for the opportunities she has been given.

 

Marissa Fragapane, armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Clarion University, brings a fiery passion for architecture, interior design, and real estate to the team. Her Italian upbringing instilled in her a love for food, family, and tradition, and her entrepreneurial father’s influence shaped her into a driven individual. She recalls her father constantly saying, “there’s two types of people in this world: drivers and passengers you are a driver.” She continues, “I have my dad’s mind and drive. I am terrible at sitting still or relaxing. My dad is an entrepreneur and watching him run a business all of my life has resulted in me being who I am today.” With a keen eye for potential in properties, Marissa’s true passion lies in flipping houses, interior design, and witnessing others achieve their real estate goals.

 

 

Outside of their real estate endeavors, Anthony, Rachel, and Marissa are deeply engaged in their community. Anthony once ran for Commissioner of Crescent Township where he grew up and currently serves as Chairman of the Civil Service Commission for that township. He also supports, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Coraopolis Youth Creations, Coraopolis Food Pantry, Mania Soup Kitchen, Operation Christmas Child, Crescent Township Police Community Outreach Events, and additional local causes.

 

Rachel, a 2023 Honoree for Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest, uses her talents to raise funds and awareness for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and is involved in multiple community service initiatives. “This is a huge honor because I get to use my talents for good and raise money and awareness for this devastating disease that affects so many. I also volunteer at the Coraopolis Food Pantry, Mania Soup Kitchen, and with the Coraopolis Youth Creations. Additionally, I help with events supporting the Crescent Township Police Dept. and with my church, The Coraopolis Church of God,” she says.

 

Marissa, with her love for architecture and design, takes pleasure in exploring Pittsburgh’s unique architecture and supporting local organizations like Noah’s Legacy Foundation. In her free time Marissa enjoys walks on the North Shore River trail, and exploring the food and craft cocktail scene, while taking in the architecture that is unique to the area. She enjoys spending time with her Pomeranian, Femmé, and admits her love for fashion and interior design is evident when you talk with her. She also enjoys cooking and charcuterie and calls her daily Pilates classes her therapy.

 

 

Anthony and Rachel, have three Chihuahuas - Nugget, Teddy, and Toy - that are essentially their kids. He enjoys flying private single-engine planes as a way to relax, disconnect from everyday stresses, and escape into the freedom of the skies. “Flying allows me to detach from everything and focus solely on the present moment. It’s a thrilling and liberating experience that gives me a sense of control and perspective on life.” While Rachel loves to sing and lead praise and worship at her Church.
