Tell us about a risk you’ve taken in your life.
Anthony: Acquiring my first investment property was a risk I took in my career. Shortly after becoming a licensed Realtor, I saw an opportunity to acquire a commercial property that had potential for growth due to new development projects in the area. However, it required me to be creative and think outside the box to maximize the property’s potential. I came up with a unique and creative concept to fill a need in the market, which proved to be successful and planted the seeds for my investment portfolio to grow. This experience taught me the importance of taking calculated risks and seizing new opportunities when they present themselves.

What are you most proud of in your career?
Anthony: One of my proudest achievements in my career was starting a real estate team with my two partners. We were able to build a successful business from scratch by providing exceptional service and knowledge to every client. As a leader, I have had the opportunity to teach and mentor, which has been incredibly rewarding. Seeing the team’s success and growth has been a testament to our hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
Who do you admire and why?
Anthony: The person I admire most in this world is my mother. As a single parent, she worked multiple jobs to provide for us and never once let us struggle. She taught me the importance of family, the value of hard work and perseverance, and showed me that with sacrifice, strength, and determination, anything is possible. Her unwavering support and strength have inspired me to become the person I am today and to pursue my goals and dreams with the same determination and resilience.

When you were young (like 12-15 years old), what did you dream of becoming?
Anthony: When I was young, I dreamed of becoming an international airline pilot. I started taking flying lessons at a young age and loved the feeling of being up in the air. However, as I grew older, my interests and passions evolved, and I eventually found my calling in real estate, which allowed me to start my own portfolio of investment properties while simultaneously growing my professional real estate career as a licensed Realtor. This is a direction that I wouldn’t change for anything.

Tell us one thing you can’t live without (family and phones don’t count).
Anthony: Flying, as a hobby, is something I can’t live without. I continue to fly private single engine planes as a way to relax, disconnect from everyday stresses, and escape into the freedom of the skies. Flying allows me to detach from everything and focus solely on the present moment. It’s a thrilling and liberating experience that gives me a sense of control and perspective on life.
